2013 Crawfish Boil Tickets

Important Information Below- PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING BELOW

• The only way to purchase tickets for this event is through PayPal.

• Absolutely No Refunds.  

• You will receive a receipt once your order is complete. PLEASE PRINT THAT RECEIPT AND BRING IT WITH YOU TO THE EVENT.

• Your printed receipt is your ticket – bring it with you to the event along with a photo ID.

• Member tickets are $51.90 ($50 + $1.90 fee) before 6:00 pm May 23rd (children 12 or under are free).

• Non-member tickets are $61.90 ($60+$1.90 fee) before 6:00 pm May 23rd (children 12 or under are free).

• ALL TICKETS are $66.90 ($65 + $1.90 fee) after 6:00 pm May 23rd (children 12 or under are free).

• All Member tickets sold before May 23rd per Centenary, Grambling, LSU, La Tech, McNeese, NSU, Tulane, ULM, and UNO alum will be cross checked through alumni offices.

• Any $51.90  Member tickets purchased under an alumni chapter by a "Non-member" (public) before Mya 5th will be voided.

• DAY of EVENT

  • Arrive early due to limited parking.

  • Please utilize the FREE shuttle which leaves from Huntington Metro or carpool.

  • Once you arrive, check in at the registration tables for your wrist bands.

  • Check in at the front desk for Will Call tickets

  • No payments will be accepted at the park

  • Bring your PayPal receipt of payment and ID with you.

  • You will receive one crawfish wristband per ticket purchase for ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT -
    (while supplies last) crawfish, potatoes, corn, jambalaya, beer, drinks, and dessert 

  • ID's will be checked for a separate beer wristband.

  • THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT / ARRIVE EARLY!

• PARKING/SHUTTLES- New!

  • AVOID PARKING HASSLES and DUIs

  • Parking is extremely limited.  Carpool or take the Free Shuttle

  • FREE non-stop private shuttle service day of the boil

  • From Huntington Metro (yellow line) parking garage to the crawfish boil

  • First pick up time will be 11:30 am at Huntington

  • Last departure time from the boil will be 4:30 pm

  • Its quick, its easy, and its free!

  *Beer – served in LCC cups ONLY / 2 cup limit per trip per person
  *Food – served in LCC trays only / 1 tray limit per person per trip

Every year each schools is asked to participate and join the DC LCC. It is up to the schools alumni association to make that decision. If you would like your school to be a part of the DC LCC please contact your school's alumni association.
